Nope that hoping for anything because I know it won’t happen… all I wrote was what Camilla/Jessica said on the pod and that if Arizona would have a flirt there are not much people there beside Amelia since the others are (probably leaving -Cass/Monica) anyway not present (Carina/Helm) or obviously not getting back to boring Owen.

I was a calzone fan. I had watched the cut together on YouTube before but I didn’t start watching greys until like 5 years ago so I watched the old season multiple times already knowing calzona will be end.

I don’t know if the reason Callie isn’t coming back if it is because Sara Ramirez doesn’t want to or they wouldn’t want to play Callie as a Cis women since they are non binary or if the writers don’t want to have Callie back. The last thing I read of them was that they said they don’t get any roles because of their speak out in the Palestine conflict. Not sure if that’s true I mean I’m pretty sure others do to at least what I saw on instagram (didn’t even Sophia bush and she still got the Role in greys)

But I mean Jessica seems still be an option for coming back here and there and if there are reasons Callie can’t/won‘t come back they can’t have Arizona not having a private life on screen just because her Ex-Wife isn’t around especially in greys which is working around relationships all the time

Even if not relationship wise Arizona could come by a few times (like Monica did this season) for special pediatric cases and some could have a neuro condition so Amelia is part of the team and they work together. It’s not her fault and she just played what was written but since the turnaround to Winston I just don’t like the role

I would absolutely love Sandra to come back especially after that call back that Addison had when she was reloading the PRT that Cristina was the one who sent her the supplies. He also seems like the most likely one out of at least Jessica and Kate because at least she still lives in Los Angeles (as far as I know) where as the other two are in New York and Australia respectively.

Now would honestly be the perfect time to start bringing back old beloved characters because I can't imagine the show lasting many more seasons past season 22. I give them 2 or 3 at the most depending on if they want it go season 24 500 episodes or if they want to do It seems to be the general consensus of a nicer rounder number in 25 seasons. All that to say this would be the perfect time to start winding down everything and introducing or reiterating endgames for The characters romantic wise but also tither medical stories up with a nice little bow.

It's sad to say because as much as I would love for Amelia to have her own storyline that's prolonged i just dont see it happening. Like others have said I believe that her lack of storyline is due to the fact that Ellen only really wants to work with her when she's back so when she's not there Amelia suffers and doesn't get a storyline. No if it wasn't for scouts existence because they're so hell-bent on having her storylines revolving around Meredith I would honestly see her end game realizing that she misses Meredith and her nieces and nephews so much that at the end of the series she moves to Boston to be with them. But with scout and existence that's never going to happen unless somehow Link and Jo also moved because there's no way a link is going to allow her to take his son across the country. There's just no way that Link would ever give up his custody enough for her to do that they could kill him and achieve it that way but they're not going to do that No way.

It's sad to say because as much as I would love for Amelia to have her own storyline that's prolonged i just dont see it happening. It's sad to say because as much as I would love for Amelia to have her own storyline that's prolonged i just dont see it happening. Like others have said I believe that her lack of storyline is due to the fact that Ellen only really wants to work with her when she's back so when she's not there Amelia suffers and doesn't get a storyline. No if it wasn't for scouts existence because they're so hell-bent on having her storylines revolving around Meredith I would honestly see her end game realizing that she misses Meredith and her nieces and nephews so much that at the end of the series she moves to Boston to be with them. But with scout and existence that's never going to happen unless somehow Link and Jo also moved because there's no way a link is going to allow her to take his son across the country. There's just no way that Link would ever give up his custody enough for her to do that they could kill him and achieve it that way but they're not going to do that No way.

This is a shitty excuse for the writers not being able to write properly. It’s not like Meredith is in every episode

I feel the writers consider the amelia Merideth and Alzheimer’s as Amelia’s storyline. Thus they just fill amelia with medical cases in between. I’m just curious though when Sophia took over GA Instagram, she mentioned about conversations with the showrunner about her character. So I’m wondering how Caterina’s and Meg went. Did Meg say to Caterina that well Ellen only wants to work with so amelia has to be tied down to the Alzheimer’s research.

I mean the writers kind of suck anyway as a whole. Nobody has scenes with anybody really unless they're going to be possible love interests (like Monica and Winston) or are already love interests. The only friendship type scenes we get anymore are the ones between the interns.

Others pointed out a few pages back during the episode on Thursday that ending scene with Meredith and Nick could have so easily been Meredith and Amelia talking. However the fact that it wasn't I think shows they're not really willing to invest in Amelia because it would have made way more sense to have them talk about than something has only tangentially related to it because he's with Meredith.

Maybe E.R. Is preparing for their supporting act for the Orla Gartland tour which doesn’t start until April 20th in Toronto. Since it’s Easter Sunday maybe Cat will be there if she is visiting her parents for Easter. At least it’s possible.

I believe that clip is from an episode from January that was just Katie and Tien. And besides, they record Mondays or Tuesdays, and they would not have had a clip recorded from today edited that quick.

I'm OG anon and just to be clear I wasn't saying that the Ellen excuse wouldn't be a shitty one because it would. It just makes more sense to me than the idea that for some reason Meg has some sort of personal vendetta against cat and that's why Amelia doesn't get storyline because cat just isn't the type to garner that type of response.she isn't Partick who got killed off because Shonda has enough of his showing up late and misbehaving on said.

I have a friend who seems to think the whole set is still operating under covid era type rules and that explains why characters only really interact with love interests or only very specific characters like Amelia and Meredith anymore. but I don't believe that reason either. I mean it might have ended up being for a short time but since things opened back up we had Kai, Cass, Nora,.hell even Kate came back and Addison had scenes with Amelia, meredith, Bailey and Richard. So I don't believe that excuse either.
