Thanks for posting the link. I had that podcast on my watchlist but I thought for E.R so surprising to have cat on it - happy surprise

I loved it and yes I was surprised a bit not how good Cat speaking and how smart she is we know what but a bit how she mouthy she can be.

Love how she advocates for topics that are imported to her and speaking up 26 years ago of being sexual assaulted by the director not knowing if that might cause her career. I’m sure a lot of woman didn’t speak up because they were scared and thought no one will believe them but she did.

Hope she’ll come on that podcast (or another one) again soon because you can see if she feels comfortable with the host she isn’t shy in talking and she could talk for hours

For those of you who never thought Cat could swear or say words like pussy, well, you best brace yourselves. Cause I don't think I've heard Cat this mouthy or sassy before. But I love it. Like yes! I'm glad she took time away from the industry and just went to university doing stuff she was interested in. And just had the attitude that if the industry was going to be like that, she's didn't want to be a part of it. Instead, Cat just went to a place where she was appreciated and thrived.

I've always thought Cat and ER were compatible. But listening to Cat's ep has reaffirmed that thought. Cat and ER share the same rebellious, angry energy (in the best way). Both have this "I will speak out for what's right and I don't care if everyone thinks it's wrong" mentality. Which I love. They both have this fuck the patriarchy, stuck it to the man energy. We've obviously seen it more with ER through their music and more active Instagram posts. And we see glimpses of it from Cat too. But this pod really showcased and reinforced her passion and rebellious attitude. It's like they're resistance fighters acting with violence against violence. It's so clear Cat and ER on the same wavelength and share the same values and principles in life.

I know this is unlikely to happen, but I would for Cat and ER to be on a pod together talking about everything at length. Cat talking about violence is very similar and on the lines of the violence ER spoke about when their first album came out. Cause they're both right, violence is not often thought about as something other than the physical assault. There is violence in everything. There's different forms of violence that is weaponised against women, minority groups and vulnerable people. And if we don't rebel or fight against this violence imposed by the patriarchy, we're never going to threaten masculinity and male dominance. Sometimes you really gotta fight violence with violence.

I didn't know Emily and Cat have been friends since they were like teenagers. But how cool! I've been a fan of Emily's for a long time, even before Schitt's Creek. So hearing her and Cat have a chat about their early acting days and them being friends is so cool. Cat could have talked for another two hours if they let her. I’m also happy that this groundbreaking case went well and (until now) Molly wasn’t THE (first) Case that went south but one will - she can’t success all her risky cases. Since Simone grandmother has Alzheimer she could be also interested in the Alzheimer studies of Amelia so another possibility of Simone and Amelia working together. Like Meredith working remotely from Boston and Amelia and Simone working together in Seattle and sometimes Meredith will come by.

I'm not not at all responding to what you said in an orderly fashion and I apologize for that

1) Well if they keep what Derek said in the early seasons Canon then at that point he and Amelia already had nine nieces and four nephews which would mean two of the sisters have five kids and one of them has three because obviously Amelia didn't have any kids yet.

2) I agree about cass although we still need to figure out what Teddy does in the finale that she's never done before and now that we know Owen was actually able to go through with having sex with somebody else while Teddy wasn't I feel like she might actually end up asking for a divorce

3) as for Christopher I don't even think this scissors know about him because the only reason they ended up finding out about her brain tumor was she accidentally said it and that season 15 dinner otherwise they wouldn't have known

4) It's really a shame that there won't be any queer relationships anytime soon because Even if they refuse to give Amelia anything helm is quite literally right there. I honestly do not understand why they're keeping her around when we see her maybe twice or three times a season.

5) It's quite clear that unfortunately Amelia storyline in season 22 is going to be dependent on Meredith too because they're completely pivoting the Alzheimer's research to only focus on female rats. Which really does make me believe in the theory that the recent for the lack of Amelia storyline is because Ellen only wants to work with her so when she's not in an episode Amelia just gets pushed to the side because she doesn't have a love interest.

As much as I would like it to be Liz so we can see Neve Campbell again I really think it's going to be Nancy or Kathleen. Im pretty sure based on that season 15 dinner and how much they hold Amelia's past against her still if any of the siblings were to adopt a possible Amelia baby it would've been Derek and because of marriage Addison not one of the other sisters. They would've been more than stable money wise even though they would e been just starting out thier careers because Addison is a trust fund baby who Amelia calls her sister. As much as I want to send see Neve Campbell again because you would ever seen liz with Amelia I got the impression in season 9 when we met her originally her kids weren't old enough to be a doctor yet because of the fact that they were running around telling people that they were excited to have a brown baby in the family. Because of that I always got the impression that they were there maybe six or under because I just can't imagine kids who are 10 or older going around doing that
