Possible unpopular opinion alert but I miss subtext ships sometimes. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad for canon couples but I don't get the angst I crave as much from those. Canon couples tend to get together too quickly for me.
I get it.
What I really, really want is a slow burn forbidden romance that I somehow both know will definitely happen before the show is cancelled, and yet will also come as a thrilling surprise to me as I watch the show I won't be watching until I know they're canon.
I also want it to run for several angsty years both before and after the canonification, enjoying a bunch of stuff without spoilers but with total assurance that nothing terrible is going to randomly strike.
Lol, this is such a perfect description of what I want.
Kacy are cute, but I forget about them until I see them mentioned somewhere. As for cute couples with no drama, I prefer the Home Economics pairing. Guess I just prefer their dynamic a bit more but I see literally no one talking about them. Show isn’t too bad, either.
I like them and the show, I just have nothing to say about them after the shows over. I'm like that with all sitcoms though (Is thos show considered a sitcom or just a comedy?). I just don't think about them or analyze them after they are over. Do comedic 30 minute shows have fandoms?
Yes, some comedic shows do. Abbott Elementary is insanely popular on Twitter.
I feel the same way about Kacy.
One aspect that I like about the show is how the couple are their own characters outside of it. Denise has stories outside of her marriage that have nothing to do her wife. Her friendship with Marina is just as enjoyable to me and that's something that ship fandom bitch and moan about. I like seeing outside the ship and being there own people but fandom complains a lot when ships don't interact or talk about their relationship for a few episodes. I'm a big fan of deep friendships also and fandom has a tendency to feel threatened by closeness outside of their relationships.

It's nearly Halloween
All the activity happens at the entance hall/portal -washing room in the backyard (we rarely get strange activity in other rooms)so i just ignored thosea part of the house at night, ive seen too many non living people /white smoke walking on that hall.
This house belonged to my grandparents the bought one single raffle ticket and one the house belonged to the parents of an iconic movie star from my country, thats the only story i have of the house.
Ill tell you some of the stories when my shoulder is healed.

I'm right there with you anon. Doesn't help that I almost always end up shipping non-canon pairings. I'm also old and come from the era of hardly any canon pairings, so I'm used to going with whatever I just vibe with and not expecting anything. The TVscape has just changed so much in recent years, some for better, some for worse.

Maybe you were secretly possessed and that caused your fall because the ghost is not used to physical bodies anymore.
My apartment complex turns our water off about once a week for almost the entire day for "maintenance" and it's very annoying. I'm only here because its dirt cheap to live here. I went for a run this morning around 9 on my day off and when I got back home there was a notice saying the water would be off until 6 pm. I've been sitting here dying to take a damn shower after running in the 80 degree heat Ugh, I can't wait to get out of here hopefully next year.

I wish, I was tired from jogging and didnt lift my feet properly, jogging was a bad idea from the beginning went jogging to clear my mind cause i had a fight with someone, so, there were some bad vibes in the jogging.
THERES NO DRAMA IN KACY FOR GODS SAKE, we deserve this after that first season
tHANK YOOU
Me watching all the happy Kacy stuff in the beginning of the season thinking that they can’t be this happy all season and something bad is going to happen later down the road.
My doctor is thinking about expanding my botox shots to my face and head. And the ones I get in my neck are usually fine but I know when it stings like today's did, I get some swelling and pain later.
For decades I had old mp3 version of Jens Lekman first albums. They were nowhere to be find on "new media" like Spotify or itunes (tho I haven't been using itunes in ages). Today I realized he released those albums under new titles and they are on spotify and...I know it is streaming, so sound quality is still not the best, but OMG I feel like I'm hearing completely new songs! Yes, he changed arrangments a little bit, but the basic production stayed the same and...it's sooooo deep and rich and *gasp*

Update that no one asked for: Finally eight hours later I got my shower. I honestly don’t see how people don’t shower every day I was feeling so icky lol

I've always loved cats and I have three home. There are lots of strays in the neighbourhood though, and since I can't help it, I always pet them and give them to eat so in time a little community of cats has formed around my house. I even had most spayed/neutered and I have arranged a place they can take refuge when it's too cold or when it rains. Anyway, thing is right next to my house, separated from my yard by a fence, there's a watchdog. There's always been one but the previous ones were different breeds I guess...because this one that my neighbours have since a year and a half, is a serious predator...
The cats are a little too adventurous, and they go his way despite the risk and even though they have food and water (they even went and steal some pasta...pasta! cats! lol) but anyway point is the dog has already successfully attacked ten as far as we've counted. He has killed 4 four for sure (the latest yesterday...one I helped grow up by hand feeding because the mom has no milk, he was only a year and a bit), injured other 4; one of which is now inside after undergoing very serious and costly (we could never afford anything similar again) surgeries. I don't know what to do. The cats aren't "mine mine", the neighbours say it's their fault if they go the dog's way and he's not completely wrong I guess, but still...does anyone have suggestions of any kind, on how to keep the cats away from the dog? We had thought to put a mesh or something to block the passage but thing is the cats go in the dog area also from behind. So if we close the passage it might be even worse because they won't be able to run in the yard. I don't know what to do. But it's really harsh to keep experiencing this. Sorry for the rant.
I'm this anon again.
Haven't found a viable solution for the passage to the dog (pretty much all the repellent things can be very toxic and dangerous for cats, apparently), so I decided to find a new home for at least some of the youngest cats. I have given two to a friend of the family, who already has other cats. He can't keep them inside but they have refuge, there are no dogs around nor trafficated roads. It's a pretty safe area. One of the two has gotten used to the new home in no time, but apparently he can't find the other one. Today I'll go myself to try and see if we can find him. I picked on purpose two that went along very well and often slept and played together, hoping it would help. Send some positive energy my way and especially that of the cats.

Oh, good luck. Hopefully you'll find the other one and this solution works.

You are very kind, anon. Praying for good karma coming your way. Hopefully all is well. Is putting net/mesh around your area make limit the space for them to run around?

It's hard to explain how the area is arranged, but basically if I block the part from which they go from my yard to the zone where the dog is they might be without means of escape from when they enter that same zone from the opposite side (basically it's a pretty wide field area where my neighbors even keep a cute pony. Sometimes they enter from the other side and then get to our yard. I've seen them countless times escape into the yard from the dog I also hate that this all thing is making me resent dogs in a subconscious way...I know it can't be said to be his fault, it would be unfair, but still it's him who kills the cats and when you see those scenes it's really hard, if possible, to forget them, and they have an effect. It's always hard to see animals pass, but when it's violently, it's so much worse... The dog they had previous to this one was friendly, never ever ever hurt a single cat, even played with them. It's really a matter of breed I think. I don't wish anything bad on the dog, but I wish they'd move him and replace him with a less dangerous one. Sorry I kept on rambling!

Well depending on where you in the world cats are pests and kill native wildlife, helping several species go extinct. Cats are killers too.
I don’t want to be mean but some of this is your fault if the stray cats are starting to hang around your house. It probably would be a good idea to take and rehome the strays where you can. They do have significantly shorter lifespan than indoor cats.
It’s fairly hard to teach an adult dog with a high prey drive not to chase cats, teaching a dog that cats a friends not food is easier when younger. it’s been taught from a young age. Have you talked to the owners of the dog? Most people would try to help mitigate the harm to the cats.

I don't know how to do that...Very few people look for cats to keep at home here, especially if they're not kittens. I can't take anymore inside myself. I would if I could. I guess it would've been best to not feed them anything to begin with, but I can't go back in time for that. There's also no refuges or anything like that around here. I have talked to the owners ever since the very first cat was killed, and I informed them every other time it happened. It even happened in front of one of them once. They don't seem to be interested. It's not even strangers. It's people we know from a long time. Thanks for the suggestions, but it would have the same effect of preventing them to run inside when they go to the dog from the opposite side, so it could turn out to be less than ideal.
Also, I obviously know cats are predators. Really not a reason for me not to care if some I become attached to end up killed killed by a dog.
as the original tree anon (ok, one of the original), of course i like the height difference cops.

I know some countries and cultures are not as actively into pets but maybe you could try to convert them? Put up fliers or see if you can find a Facebook group (I've found that people everywhere use Facebook) to show pictures and explain the situation?
You are very kind, anon. Praying for good karma coming your way. Hopefully all is well. Is putting net/mesh around your area make limit the space for them to run around?
Thank you for your words! You're super sweet!
Have you tried spraying lemon water around the entrance areas near the dog. Cats hate citrus. I do that when my cats were kittens to teach them to stay away from cords/wires.
I live in a haunted house and i love it, go for it anon
Tell us more anon! Give us stories
Oh, now i'm curious. Have you ever set up a camera to record there?
Thank you a lot!
Also to the anon with the lemon water idea! I will try!
If it works, at least they won't go to to dog from the yard, but the passage will still be open in case they have to run in from the side of the dog ( I doubt they would care for the smell if they're running away from the dog! )
