Not one of the BAFTA noms got an Oscar nom in Kristen's category. Clearly their jury system doesn't work.

I have told you guys since she took up this role. Diana is the icon of our time and Kristen did her justice. Im so happy as a huge fan of both of these women that Kristen played her. I love them both, both of them change makers.
As for Prince William he can fuck off now. Disgusting traitor of your mother's memory. Keep on sucking up to Camilla. Diana will never be forgotten she is getting bigger and bigger. What poetic justice. Karma. So happy so happy.

I wonder what she is doing right now, CJ posted on ig so he is up and knows and so does Adir and Tara so she is definitely getting bombarded with texts and phone calls so she is probably awake. I wonder if her and Dylan woke up at 5am to watch live?
I hope we get to hear how she found out and her reaction, she'll be asked about it for sure!

Omg the fact that her last name starts with an S so she was the last one announced, three Cs were nominated and then Kidman so I was like fuck! One spot left and it could be Gaga or Tessa or Kristen or someone else, that was suspenseful af!

The Academy absolutely got it right!
I haven't been able to watch Parallel Mothers, I literally can't find it anywhere, but I've watched every other awardsy film and this was the right 5 to nominate imo.

Everyone should thank Neon. They did a very good job salvaging Kristen's campaign after SAG snub. I'm certain that the last week of campaigning pushed her past the line.

You know what I just thought? Chanel has their annual dinner before the Oscars and this year they actually can toast her (and Penelope!) we should get so many cool pics.
What else is there? The Oscar luncheon, she’ll probably go to the Governor’s dinner thing, I’m so happy lol :dance2: I want her mingling with all those people and taking pictures!

100% agree. Now that Parallel Mothers got the nomination too, the streaming services must make it available even if it's renting it for $20 on Prime.
Hey girls, how many of you are now lowkey cackle-laughing at the SAG snub  it was scary at the time, but now that she got the nom I feel like laughing in their face.

BBC News just spend 2-3 minutes talking about Kristen. They didn't even mention other actresses. Lol
Lmao, what did they say? Positive or negative?

I’m so happy reading all the reactions on Twitter from people (from media) who have supported her all these years  like Josh Horowitz, that Ben guy, the girl from InStyle who interviewed her and is a stan lmao

DA. Oscar final voting starts on 17th. If Kristen wins CCA on 13th (not impossible) she has a definite shot at winning as there is no clear frontrunner.

I am SO proud of Academy Award Nominee Kristen Stewart!!! This has been such a rough few months for us, full of ups and downs, but I’m glad it all culminated into this. Let’s try and keep the mood light today. No responding to trolls if they show up, no referencing them. Let’s just enjoy this amazing moment

On the face of those who tried hard to establish Kristen hated narrative. Our girl got her reward for years of hardwork. They say hardwork always pays. Really proud of my girl and it's a great time for those who never lose hope on her nomination. I was disheartened after sag snub. But this nomination restored my faith that hardwork is always recognised. Would have been happier if Spencer got more nominations.

Oh hell yeah she’ll campaign. Now she can go to the nominees luncheon, governors awards, she’s getting honored by the Santa Barbara film festival right before voting for winners. Let’s gooooo!
