I believe the l chat discord existed way before the move as a place where fans could stay away from trolls and share private stuff. In a way it’s smart because there's less traffic and it’s easier to moderate but I personally never liked it, the mods were worse than in this forum, always on a power trip deleting every minuscule thing they didn’t agree with, and popular users joining forces so you could be quietly pushed aside, kinda like a low key bullying.

But I don’t mind pics not being posted in here, this thread has a couple of unhinged trolls, better leave it that way. Still, they posted a nude so what’s the point

DA. To be able to see the St Vincent chat on Discord you have to do voice validation with a Mod. I will suggest you PM a Mod on Discord

99.9% of deleted posts here are those of the regular troll or posts of anons replying to it. So if your posts were/are deleted, it is due to that.

I think it's the screen of some software used to mix music. You have to record the voice and the instruments alone and after you mix then together. Every color bar in the screen is some of this sounds.

Even a 600 sq ft studio in an upscale building In Manhattan will cost you around a mil.

What she bought is a essentially a hotel room with a kitchen.

I have receipts but I would only show them to MERS.

It’s far from awful . It’s in a brand new doorman building with a gym on the 1st and 2nd levels. Her unit is small but typical for someone who travels a lot so it works for her. My friend has a place in the same building. It also has a great rooftop with seating and tables and greenery. Some units have private outdoor space but for those who don’t there’s the big rooftop. Honestly square footage is so misleading because it really depends on how a person sets their place up some places that are 400sqft but set up correctly can give the impression of being much larger or like 600sqft. And 600sqft is a good size for a large studio even a 1 bed by nyc standards
