Rich People Fears
Rich People Fears
Do you fear one day you’ll wake up and all of your bank accounts have been emptied? What’s a rich person’s fears?
Re: Rich People Fears
Making wrong decisions, investing into something that will only make me lose money, starting a business that won't work the way I thought it would... The fear is basically that I'm going to mess everything up, which stresses me out.
Re: Rich People Fears
Someone occupying one of your empty holiday houses while you are away. The hassle of kicking them out.
Re: Rich People Fears
well I have to get rich first, then I can think about what to fear about
Re: Rich People Fears
Rich or poor, it’s most likely that they fear losing something that money can’t buy

Re: Rich People Fears
What is considered rich in this case? I am not monetarily rich by most western standards, but if I moved to some other locations, I would be very very well off financially. Different places would present a different set of “fears”
Re: Rich People Fears
I'm guessing one of them fears is not being truly loved/liked for who you are, because when you're rich people automatically are drawn to you because of what you can give them.
Re: Rich People Fears
My biggest fear is not succeeding in life as much as I should because I have little motivation or need to work for money.
Re: Rich People Fears
I genuinely don’t think there is anything rich people worry about that middle class and poor citizens don’t have to worry about x100.
Example: Family member dies.
Rich person
. Sad over death
. Can pay funeral and burial in one payment
Middle class
. Sad over death.
. Has to pay funeral and burial in small payments (if they don’t have the money saved)
Poor
. Sad over death
. Might not be able to afford funeral and burial.
Example 2. College
Rich person
. Can afford any college.
. Can afford to pay tuition, books, any other material needed, has a place to stay or can buy a place to stay
. No student loans.
. Can afford a car.
. Doesn’t have to worry about getting a part time job to pay for expenses.
Middle class
. Can afford some colleges
. Will likely get student loans
. Might have to get a side job to pay for college expenses
. Might stay at home with parents
. Parents might be able to afford a car
. Will have to pay student loans for many years.
Poor
. Can afford no colleges
. Can get into college with student grants and loans.
. Might have leftover money from grants or loans to pay for college expenses,
. public transportation
. Side job
. Might stay at home with parents
