The l00 - Part XX
Re: The l00 - Part XX
Sometimes you don’t have to choose the clip on bangs movie watching life anon, it chooses you.
Re: The l00 - Part XX
One year of trauma due to Bangs McGee was enough. I'll watch KStew and the hideous wig of Tree instead.Guest wrote: ↑29 Nov 2022, 11:23No lesbian christmas movies this year? Do i have to watch Elise and her clip on bangs again?

Re: The l00 - Part XX
They are a different color.
There's something weird about her complexion in that movie too, more than the usual Lifetime soft focus. She looks like an FF8 cutscene.

Of all the left field turns this thread has taken, I don't think I've ever been less prepared...
Re: The l00 - Part XX
In some places, both the bowl- and flat-shaped crispy tortillas are "casually" called tostada. When one goes to Sizzler and tells their companion "I'm gonna make a tostada" it usually means go to the salad bar and fill up one of oily, crispy clam-shaped bowls stacked next to the flatware. Also, like when you interchangeably use "xerox" and "photocopy" or tell the dentist "novocaine" when it's really lidocaine... well, people usually get what you mean.

I don't think I'll have time to write tomorrow, so I have to do c 4k words tonight if I'm going to make NaNo. Wish me luck.

You're right! If she could secure that supplier exclusivity clause on goal difference alone, I can do this.
Re: The l00 - Part XX
lol I just saw the abbreviation for -> is "ragee". Rxd was like, meh, just add an e.
Re: The l00 - Part XX
I feel like having Mateu Lahoz refereeing the Iran-USA game is not the most geopolitically sound decision.
Re: The l00 - Part XX
I've tried, but I have a hard time really getting into newer Christmas movies if it's not w/w. I just tend to rewatch classics like Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, and Gremlins (yes it's a Christmas movie to me). I also enjoy some of the holiday tv specials and baking competitions (and I don't usually watch food shows).

Re: The l00 - Part XX
WN didn't even have screeners sent out? Man, this year, companies are really just showing their ass
Re: The l00 - Part XX
Sure, office candles, who doesn't have those. My office won't let us have a toaster, but a 1990s boyband video's worth of lit candles, I bet that's no problem.

Jenna Ortega is like gen z Aubrey Plaza in demeanor cause they both are so deadpan.

Netflix sent out screeners for The Midnight Club, yet the embargo didn't lift until the day the show dropped. Which was weird.Guest wrote: ↑30 Nov 2022, 01:00WN didn't even have screeners sent out? Man, this year, companies are really just showing their ass

Has that played any part in the plot, or do they just mention it like "Oh yeah, she went to x school, is an Olympic Gold Medallist, yadda yadda"Guest wrote: ↑30 Nov 2022, 00:54Guest wrote: ↑29 Nov 2022, 19:12You're right! Re: The l00 - Part XX
It's part of her characterization, I guess, super focused and determined, to the point of not acknowledging her own pain. They decided to reveal her dad, who pushed her to be an athlete and trained her, was emotionally abusive and she's still carrying the baggage from that and is now buckling underGuest wrote: ↑30 Nov 2022, 02:51Has that played any part in the plot, or do they just mention it like "Oh yeah, she went to x school, is an Olympic Gold Medallist, yadda yadda"Guest wrote: ↑30 Nov 2022, 00:54Guest wrote: ↑29 Nov 2022, 19:12You're right! Re: The l00 - Part XX
I know with video games that usually happens if the company is not expecting good reviews. But then midnight club didn't exactly have bad reviews, right? Who knows how Netflix works at this point. It's been months since that show came out and no news on renewal/cancellation.

Da/ any movie or series that shows a candle scene needs to include a previous one of someone painstakingly lightning all of them up.
