Hello there! I only discovered ao3 recently and i am thinking if you can give me some good Gigi and Dani stories with happy ending? I already read a few smut but maybe there are good multichapter fics? What are your favorites? Thanks.

I just have to say this..
I was really excited that Mary McCormack was going to be in season 3.
Then Marja gave her an absolutely sh#t part with sh#t dialogue for 5 minutes.
In Plain Sight gave us a take no crap woman character.
I was way beyond disappointed. I was angry. I noticed Gen Q didn’t show up on IMDB for Mary until recently.
I guess it was a paycheck but what an absolute waste of talent.

Ilene did something similarly horrible in the OG to make Helen Shaver a horrible character. But there was at least great dialogue and acting. In fact, Jennifer’s scene is incredible acting. One of her best in OG.
It’s twisted to take our strong women icons and make them the worst people.
I’ve been stewing on this since Season 3. Thanks for letting me get it out.

:fool:

It's called acting, an actors are grateful to have different types of roles, and that includes playing villains. They get to show their talent, besides playing villains is actually a lot more interesting than playing goodies.

Anything interesting from that JB Panel today?
Nobody asked any good questions. Just the usual stuff but she threw shade at mango (apparently mango didn't invite her to an event) and apparently threw shade at Ass but I don't the tea. Fans will upload videos soon.

Fans all had a good time and said she was supportive and seemed emotional.

I have a legitimate question. Have noticed some deletes happening on L word forums. Is it because the writer's strike or the moderators are trying to just delete posts?

Yes, it was badly edited, so we can safely say, it was not tribbing or strapon in the scene.!!

Literally this minute just found out the Jordie actor is trans.

How the fuck did I not know that?!? I used to live in this thread.

I am shooketh I tell you. Shooketh. Questioning everything I thought I knew to be true, what the hell else am I missing… I feel like I am in the midst of an existential breakdown :blinkwide: :blinkwide: :ohh:
Do you not have eyes? It's obvious.

God the L word used to be good, now it panders to men and says TW can be lesbians. Sick world.

I think Tina is using either her tinussy or fingers. Bette gasped like her soul left her :shifty:
I think it's strap because both of tina's hands are up :fool:
In no way that's strap, Bette was literally fingering her seconds ago before Tina flipped her. It's gotta be grinding; they love to do it in ogs no exception here. Bette gasped frm Tina's hot centre lol
maybe the strap is near them because the look in Bette's face has me :fool:
I guess we’re supposed to assume Tina slid her hands in that shot of Bette’s face. The editing is garbage as usual
Yes, editing garbage. It's tina fingerings Bette. No tribbing or strapon

Tina was riding Bette in honey honey scene as well
honey honey was double..? shittttt :fool:
Idk what you meant by double but Tina was on Bette's lap. They were tribbing in that position. Then reach orgasm together. Blissful
Even I feel Tina was giving trib to bette in missinory position

the way tina thrust her hip and Bette gasp... it's strap for me :fool:
Gurl you gasp like dat when a proper hot n wet kitty comes in contact, u gotta try them good things in life except the plastic strap loll
THIS^ Omg, I swear most of you on here have never had great sex. Seems like we now have a whole generation of lesbians who’ve convinced themselves that tribbing isn’t a real thing!
Image

but look she is grabing her bra and thrust, and Bette is GONE

and maybe you are right but I can think this two way :$ :hudoin:
The other anon is probably right. It's definitely trib not dildo. If it was a dildo scene they would have showed it. It's not like they are having real sex so if a dildo is involved they would have made it obvious.
I agree, it looks like missinory trib position. Mature women do that. If it were a strapon atleast they would have shown its harness. In other episodes they have shown a strapon. But I don't remember they showing tribbing. Tribbing scene are less shown in mainstream

"ten too many, baby" wow Gigi calling Dani "baby" is canon, I cannot believe they buried this with music wtf :handbags:
Randomly saw this post but I can’t see the video. Where is this “ten to many baby” quote coming from? Which scene did Gigi say that?

Not someone bumping this thread up just to post a video from THAT woman <_<

I feel like it's her posting them here at this point because since the show ended she doesn't get attention.
:eyeroll: Nice conspiracy but that's not the case. I'm the anon who posted it and I have nothing to do with that lady.
Also, I'm angry with her because she had supported the ex-showrunner so hard in season 2...

However, right now she's the only one who keeps updates for The L word, so that's why I post the link...She's the only who cares about the reboot and if someone will learn something it's her
Yeah she loved sucking Marja's clit during season two

Nothing new unfortunately. Pretty much as you know it
According to this, the show is in development, it's a reboot of the original (14:00 - 15:14, 17:00 - 18:46),
writers strike...this can end the series if it continues for a long time...I hope the strikes will be ended soon

It took an invitation from the White House for JB to recognize Lesbian Visibility. I've never seen any posts from her about the importance of this. Every year she has posted about trans visibility (supportive and I think it's important too), but she could be more vocal about lesbian visibility in recent years.
Lol, she didn't want to promote the actual "L" word, i.e. lesbian. It's trendier to say trans and queer. But now that the White House press secretary is a lesbian, it's suddenly cool to promote it. It really should have just been Ilene, Leisha and Kate there.
Agree.

The only straight OG who supports lesbian visibility every year is Rachel Shelley.

JB and the gang's trip to the White House in celebration of Lesbian Visibility Week was a huge success. JB's Instagram post has 100k+ likes and counting in one day. That's a record; Kate's is at 120k+, and Leisha's is at 94k. Incredible numbers, plus all the love on Twitter and good media coverage, bodes really well for TLWNY. The love for the OG actresses, characters, and show is alive, well, and thriving. Everyone is happy and excited 😊👏🙌😍❤️

On the Pants podcast that was released today and recorded before the trip to Washington DC, Leisha & Kate said that Showtime paid for it. I thought that was interesting given they had cancelled GenQ. Makes me wonder if that signals anything about the NY spinoff getting the green light :hmmm: Because otherwise why fork out the money for this and get that type of exposure for a series you just cancelled? Idk I’m probably reading too much into it lol
Tbh, I'm not gonna believe anything until there's official word about the NY reboot happening and in production. Because this could just easily be Showtime saving face because well, despite what people's opinions are about the show and hat it became, it is a known and reputable one in the community's history that they did cancel.

And while it is forking out money, it's probably pocket change to Showtime in the long run.
Errm yeah, GenQ sure was unique and remarkable for being a show that fans rejoiced at being cancelled unlike all the other shows with lesbian characters, lmao.

Showtime still has lesbian characters on Yellowjackets, but they wanted to get clout during Lesbian Visibility Week for their more timid, non-cannibal lesbians. They're proud of the OG series for being groundbreaking during its time and is hoping we collectively forget about GenQ by not making it as accessible to stream.

It's funny that Kate dgaf and is being openly sarcastic about the whole free lunch despite getting fired thing while Leisha and JB were more diplomatic. Kate was also employed by Showtime for "Ray Donovan" for years, so you'd think she'd be more fond of a company that paid her bills for so long. Maybe Kate's giving up on acting altogether and doesn't care anymore.
I'm sorry, fond of this show but I'd take the yellowjacket lesbians over the L Word

My opinion on Kate is that it may be the elephant in the room that no one says, but she's a "nepo baby" and was way before the term was even invented.

So she very much has room, as she had been for as long as I've seen her in roles and real life to be nonchalant, less diplomatic, and care less about everything pertaining to the industry if we're being honest.
