We've been blessed with a couple of great pod appearances this week. One each from Cat and ER. Loved ER's ep with Drew, always fun to listen to them on Drew's pod. Also loved Cat's in depth ep with Emily. Very deep and nuanced as usual from Cat. Both eps are worthy repeaters in my book.

Yes both are really very pleasant to listen to. And it’s just amazing how ER and Cat have same values and same perspectives and yet we can see each uniqueness. They are indeed like parts of puzzle but at the same time a complete puzzle on their own.

Even an article on TV line was questioning when she was going to have a storyline of her own. It’s really just sad at this point.

It’s a kwan storyline and therefore I wasn’t expecting post surgery moment. But yeah it’s sad because she hasn’t had this moment for a long time.

I know it was probably a pipe dream for Addison to come back but not that you wouldn't be aware of people at the top of other specialties because you would be. Yeah Addison would have been great (also for some possible scenes with Amelia) or Maggie (again possible scene with Amelia) or even Arizona but a guy we never saw or heard of… last time we talked about the possibility about it being some we know someone mentioned Tom and I coincidentally looked at the scene where he came in for David Hamilton case and Baileys words were something like : is he here to give me another heart attack so I would say that’s as fartest away for admiring as it gets

It still boggles my mind that the writing choice the last time Addison was in town was to let Amelia find out by literally accidently bumping in to her in the hallways. Like what was that? They're supposed to be sisters no way Addison would do that

If she has 5 (the 4 sisters) or maybe even 6 kids it could have been the younger ones like Lucas would have been 13/14 (if he is 25 now) the others could have been like 4/6/8/10

is it know in which order the she’s were born? Was Derek was the oldest and Amelia the youngest and the others in the middle?

The birth order of the older shepherd kids was never said however I've always assumed Amelia came long after whoever was the second youngest because in private practice Addison mentions knowing Amelia when she was 12 which would imply at least a 10-year age get between her and Amelia because we also know Derek and Addison didn't meet until med school. But then fans generally seem to think there's 5 to 7 years between Amelia and Derek based on that flashback we got of their dad dying.

But yeah I've always assumed that Amelia was sort of an accident baby because I understand that her mom was traumatized and grieving after leaving her husband but she fully headed off her 5-year-old daughter to her son to raise which to me says that she never really wanted her

I would like to hear her talking about women's sports. I know that would be getting a little too close to jockukar but I don't know since she started going to them more I would like to hear her talk about it still.

I haven't listened to jockukar lately did they ever speak on the drama that went on with Minnesota's women's hockey team? i don't remember all of it just that they drafted someone who was openly homophobic and transphobic and a Tr-mp supporter

Oooh that's a good shout. Cat talking about women's sports. That would be cool. I'd like to know what she thinks about soccer games. Cause according to ER, she didn't know much before they talked her into it

. Well, she didn't have much interest in it. So it'd be interesting to hear what she thinks about it.

And the recent Jockular didn't mention what was going on with Minnesota's women's hockey team. It was mostly about lacrosse and other stuff. I can't remember if they mentioned it in previous eps though.

You would think you would think a psychiatrist would notice her own sound having ADHD but he could have fallen through the cracks having four sisters. And to me just feels like something that Grey's would totally do having the psychiatrist but I'm not noticed ADHD and just excuse it as being lazy and not applying yourself.

Im pretty sure based on that season 15 dinner and how much they hold Amelia's past against her still if any of the siblings were to adopt a possible Amelia baby it would've been Derek and because of marriage Addison not one of the other sisters. They would've been more than stable money wise even though they would e been just starting out thier careers because Addison is a trust fund baby who Amelia calls her sister. So yeah the baby would've went to Addison over Kathleen, Liz or Nancy.

That to happen she would have had to be high for her entire pregnancy and the delivery process which would mean the kid would most likely have some severe developmental issues like fetal alcohol syndrome or something similar

That math doesn't work. He's mostly likely 25 now and Amelia in her late 40s or early 50s which would mean if she did have him she would've been around colleged aged not like 15/16.

I don't like this theory but Amelia's baby daddy could still happen to be Barbadian without her sleeping with her brother in law. there would be more than one Barbadian person in the tri-state area and in theory who know who she could've slept with as a person in a drug addicted and high state.ot would be an awfully happy accident for her to get pregnant by a Barbadian while her sister is also married to one but not absolutely impossible

I also just don't know if I believe Amelia's was blitzed out of her mind enough to completly forget growing and having a baby. That to happen she would have had to be high for her entire pregnancy and the delivery process which would mean the kid would most likely have some severe developmental issues like fetal alcohol syndrome or something similar

That math doesn't work. He's mostly likely 25 now and Amelia in her late 40s or early 50s which would mean if she did have him she would've been around colleged aged not like 15/16.

Don’t really think they now will start Amelia and Cass even some people want that. I assume both (Cass/Monica) will just disappear after this season. Although there should be one or two more episodes of Monica but she didn’t really have any bigger storyline after the end of her and Amelia same as Cass without Teddy (who is going back to Owen) she has no purpose.

I guess we just have to wait what will happen to Amelia in season 22 (presumably Cat will stay) if there won’t be any new queer guest stars I don’t see her in a relationship maybe more Alzheimer and/or more groundbreaking Neuro Cases like Molly’s. I would just be happy to see her more.
If Maggie would come back part time that would be a win for more Amelia storyline - I miss the sister moments.
This is obviously just speculation but I feel like if Christopher had survived she might not have had Scout to begin with because of the huge age gap that there would be between them. I mean it's crazy to think if Christopher had survived Amelia would have a 13-year-old at this point and then if she also had scout a 3-year-old.

I've always thought that for her to have scout she needed to get pregnant by accident because she was never going to actively choose it for herself after Christopher and the trauma that came from him.
Of course we don’t know what would have happened if Christopher would have survived. I’m not a mom and never lost a child but I know atleast from my cousin how had a still born that she still counts him as her child so she says that she has three kids - of corse not all parents do. It’s just why I mentioned him. They didn’t use Cat’s second pregnancy so I think they could have found a way around it like they did with multiple other actress. A lot are not there anymore but imagine all the kids that would be there but never seen

With Lucas mom I only looked on that greys anatomy fandom page and there it said at least 2 children for Nancy and Liz and children for Kathleen don’t even know who I would wish for it’s more I want to know

As much as I would like it to be Liz so we can see Neve Campbell again I really think it's going to be Nancy or Kathleen. Although I'm leaning towards Kathleen more know because she's the psychiatrist and if they ever remember Lucas allegedly has adhd (and now with ptsd from the shooting) I think they would want to go with the psychiatrist mother not realizing her son had ADHD.

Also, the previous anon mentioned Lucas’s mom…I’m seeing different comments, I saw someone say it’s Nancy, but I saw someone else say Lizzie and that she was the only one confirmed to have 5 kids. I’ve been hoping it was Lizzie, mainly because I feel like she would be a little bit nicer to Amelia, but I honestly don’t remember how many kids either of them had. I do remember their kids being brought up before though.
